There is sudden drop in sugar level early morning below 100 approx 55-77 (fasting), then sudden increase in sugar level after 2 hours of breakfast and again sudden drop in level before dinner

Glycaemic variability is common in diabetes. If on insulin then long acting insulin dose has to be reduced. If on orals then specific group of drugs can  cause hypoglycemia so their dose has to be modified.
