Fluctuations in body temperature for be

Asked for Male, 4 Years

My son is 4 years old, he is having fluctuations in temperature for the past 5 days the range is that of99.1 to 99.9 ( with in a day). We cunsultuted doctor he advised to take urine test and in the report the pus cells and epithelial cells ranges 1-2.

Fever is not that high. Try avoid exposure to heat & provide soothing cool environment. If still he is having fever get CBC, CRP, SGPT done..
