Fluctuation of BP after covid
My BP during day is 135/77 but in morning it's 99/61 n at night is 119/66 after covid I'm usually a hypertension patient taking olmi 40 what should I do I'm very worried pulse range is 66-77

Hello kindly do charting at lest for a weak and pulse rate seems ok. But might need few test for solution
