  4. Fluctuating pain in testicles. Then?

Fluctuating pain in testicles
I'm having acute pain in my testicles since 3 weeks now. The pain fluctuates from right testicles to left and vice versa. Also took medicines prescribed by doctor ornicef and hifenac d but the problem still persist. Also done usg of the scrotum and kidney both reports are normal. Why is it still pains then?
