I have had 2D Echo few times in past 2 years and readings of PAH were always fluctuating but recently in may report says Mild PAH.
Oct 2021 33mm hg
September 2022 25 mm hg
Jan 2023 18 mm hg
May 2023 31 mm hg ( this time it is written as mildPAH)
Until now I didn't have any symptoms but from yesterday I am feeling on and off breathless even though my oxygen levels are 98-99. 2 days back I have episodes of sinus tachycardia. Is my PAH deteriorating?

Hi. I understand your concern. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of your symptoms and reports to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription for the same
Should evaluate underlying lung cause for PAH.
No particular treatment for Mild PAH except symptomatic.
Take CT chest ans consult with relavent reports for further evaluation and treatment
share your 2decho reports..mild pah alone needs no treatment unless you're symptomatic..get a consult with detailed history to rule out other pathologies
