Fluctuating blood glucose levels
Respected doctor I am suffering from constant irritation in my vagina . And i also observed some black spots on my hands skin since few days back . When i checked my blood glucose level through monitoring strips it gave the result 400 . Then glycosylated hb bio chemistry results were GHbA1c-8.23% & MBG-207.0 mg% .

Sugar levels are very high. If you were not on medicines for diabetes when the blood sugar wad tested you can start Tab Dimicron Mex 60 twice a day before meals. The medicine doses will need to be modified within 5 days once sugars start coming down. Otherwise you may land up in hypoglycemia
