Is eye floaters have any treatment or not and semi circular light ball occure in evening light and night time is this have any solution please reply I visited one ratinal specialist he told me that they are permanent and there is no problem to vision

Floaters can be because of vitreous condensation, bleeding in side eye, trauma , eye inflammation and various other issues.
If you have been examined and these issues have been ruled out then you should not worry. Have a regular checkup and show in between if any increase in flashes or floaters.

Floaters are usually nonpathological.please learn to omit them. Since you have already consulted a retina specialist and yourretina is ok .
Hence you need not to worry just learn to omit them.
Several cause for floaters
Myopia
Asteroid hyalosis
Post vitreous detachment
Old vit hemorrhage...
But you have visited a retina specialist so it's fine
Please be aware of following
New floaters
Increase in number
Associated flashes of light and fall of curtains
Peripheral vision loss
Pain associated with floaters
You need to see ophthalmologist again if these occur
Floaters are related to altered structure in the transparent gel like fluid in the eye. You will have to learn to ignore it. Sometimes having Vitamin C rich foodstuffs can help.
