Floaters and flashes

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Mam i have mild myopia -3L and -4.75R Few months i have floaters in my eye mainly large in left and i consult my doctor and checked and said all is fine and give vitamin tablets after 10 days i m now seeing new symptoms of flashes in my left eye in every 10 sec
