I have  myopia -3L and -4.75RHow to prevent PVD OR RD i am experiening tiny flashes left eyes continously increasing day by day  i m in fear i checked to opthomlogist 14 days ago about floaters now i m experiencing flashes before it was not just 4-5 days ago it started
