Floaters and flashes
Can a single flash be seen by both eyes. I mean if flashes are seen when there is vitreous traction, a single streak should not be seen by both eyes at once right?? And can it be only seen in laptop screen. How prominent is it, is it as prominent as lightning in the sky? Is it very easy to miss. Can someone with dry eye induced black thread or wisp like floaters, 5 in right eye and 2-3 in left eye see flashes with absolutely normal fundoscopy results? Can laptop based profession worsen it??? PLEASE HELP. can I do anything to stop the liquefaction in the vitreous?

Floaters are usually nonpathological.please learn to omit them. Since your retina is ok hence you need not to worry. As you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily.
Next Steps
also follow some precautions eg follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every20 minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
