Hi, I am a gym goer and eat proteins regularly in form of Chicken Mutton and Fish. Intake around 250 to 300 gms per day.
I pass wind lot of times like 2 to 3 times per 5 min only when i have protein and smelly too.
Please advice how to reduce flatulence when taking protein
