Flat stool
I have observing flat stool not very flat , little flat than normal , not always occasionaly . Sometime normal also but most of the time slightly flat . I changed my diet also moderate life style . After time to time it happens not regular.

Symptoms as per your description appears to be mild and intermittent. There are no alarming symptoms (Bleeding in the stools, Weight loss, Loss of Appetite, Pain inthe abdomen). By all means it should be Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Functional GI Disorders(FGID).
Next Steps
You should consult a Gastroenterologist to Rule out any underlying disease

1) Dietary modifications.     Avoid the food items that precipitate your symptoms. Most commonly these include highly spicy food, non vegetarian recipes, Milk and sometimes wheat products (Roti, bread, Pizza, pasta, Biscuits, Noodles , Pastry and Backery items) 2) Regular physical exercise. Daily brisk walking atleast 45 minutes minimum 5 days a week 3) Stree management, if you have any. Meditation and breathing exercises might help
