It will get okay with time.
There are some exercises that can be started by Physiotherapist but not necessary immediately. Don't do on your own.
Tummy time could have saved the child from happening it if you had started by 3rd week of age.
-Make a round ring with dupatta or any towel and keep it below the head while sleeping on the back.
-Give tummy time for 30minutes for 2 to 3 times in a day
-Physiotherapy if no improvement after 2 months
