Flat facial warts

Asked for Male, 13 Years

My son has flat facial warts and I would like to know it's cure. He is having these warts since 2 years. I had consulted a skin specialist for its treatment. Ointments were prescribed and used accordingly. In second visit doctor informed us to wait untill his immune system fights it naturally. If not burning the warts by laser could be done. I don't want the laser treatment for my son. Hence need advice on how to cure the warts.
