Flash spots in vision when getting up
Since yesterday if I am lying in bed and suddenly getting up lot of spots of flashes i see in my vision for a few seconds. They subside in some seconds. I am worried about it. Are they normal or require appointment with a doctor?

Better to get dilated retina examination by local ophthalmologist

These flashes while sudden eye movements are very normal. Happens to everyone. It is due to the movement of a gel called vitreous inside the eye. But a dilated retina evaluation should be done on the safer side.

It is always better to consult ophthalmologist for getting flashes at young age.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
