Flaky scalp with itching and foul smell

I have been going through this problem for 2-3 years now. I shampoo every alternate day but still my head gives foul smell. My scalp is itchy, and I am having hairfall too. Someone told me to have becosule z daily for it, I have done it for 4-5 months but no improvement.
