As you have rightly said psoriatic lessons improve in summer. .Since you have not tried any treatment all these days , first you may try with simple topical medications like Lozivate Mr cream in the morning and Psorafuse ointment in the evening till the lesions subside. .then maintain with topical moisturizers. .For more understanding of the problem better meet any dermatologist once. .There are many safe treatment options.
