Flaccid penis has black tip
My penis has a dark tip when flaccid but when erect the darkness doesn't show. It has been like that for years. I don't have problems with masturbation or sex but I want to remove this black tip when my penis is in a flaccid state. Is this bad? How do I get rid of this?
