Fixing permanent teeth
Had 5 front teeth only in the upper jaw. Is it possible to have fixed teeth instead of removable dentures. without implanting, is is possible

First an assessment has to be made as to the health of the existing teeth and weather they can withstand the load of a bridge. Then only a decision can be made weather a fixed bridge can be given or not in your case. even an opg might be required. Consult your dentist for the best option for you.
