Fix durg lip pigmentation

Hello, I had fixed drug lip pigmentation first time in Dec 2017 due intake fluconazole.i went to skin specialist he had given some medicine and cream that time ,after that infection is heal totally ,but it left back scars behind on my lips now I am suffering from this problem from last 8 months ,I did TCA peel for 1 time in month of may 2018 ,I used lip bless cream,hydrolips cream and now I am using lip senes cream from last 20 days but no effect on my black lips . Doctor suggest me laser treatment but his cost is too high for me , please anyone can suggest me better option for this or any cheap laser treatment Please find the picture of lips.. Please help me out from this problem
