I'm about 195 cm tall, 21 years old. What are the fitness or other health issues i might face in the future? What are the workouts and nutrition to avoid this? Thank you.

Eating healthy food, avoid junk, keep yourself Engaged with any game! Height is not at all a criteria for health issues, everyone do fall on same radar!!
