Hello.well airforce your fistula first you need to get fistulectomy done and get treated with course of antibiotics...And for the constipation you need to bring out changes in the diet... Eat more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and also drink after well...You can take lactulose syurup...20 ml every night for. A week..Thank you
