I can understand your concern.
What hesitation did you have?
Get it checked out first to know the extent of the disease and then a management plan can be made.
General advice would be to avoid oily and spicy foods, have high fiber diet and drink plenty of water.
Do sitz bath.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
