Fissure or Hemmorhoids
Well honestly, I am not sure its fissure or pile or Hemmorhoids or anything else. I am suffering from itching and throughout day it pains mildly. However it feels wet sometimes. No blood during bowel or after.

Do you have constipation , if in case you have difficulty in passing stools .. then you need to
drink atleast 2-3 litres of water a day ,
avoid oily / spicy food
Take lot of green leafy veggies and fruits ( high fibre diet)
Do a sitz bath twice a day
You can take a course of deworm For the itching
