Fissure issue
I am a lacting mother. Deliver a baby two months ago through c section. Please suggest me some safe medicine or cream for anal tissue healing. Those medicines doesn't affect my baby.

Locally apply oxyurate or anovate or shield  ointment by index finger( cut nail before )first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two  weeks  for complete healing. LOCAL APPLICATION  NEVER EFFECT YOUR  BABY.
