Mild lower back and lower abdominal pain can be common in the third month of pregnancy due to body changes. As long as it is not severe, associated with bleeding, or continuous cramping, it is usually normal. Take adequate rest, avoid standing for long, and consult your doctor if pain increases or new symptoms appear.
