First hpt test positive den all negative

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have been having lower abdominal cramps since ovulation cycle. Light cramps. Now backache , headache in d morning started since 8dpo. Yesterday on 11 dpo i did hpt test ,second line was faint pink and visible And from morning tried 4-5 test all came negative.so I'm very confused that i have conceived or not???
