First Bp Reading is High
Hi, I am 27 years male. I have one doubt. Whenever I check my BP my first reading is too high. I have taken 3 continuous readings from last 7 days and the readings are in the below.
1st day : 159/104, 143/98, 139/91
2nd day : 153/98, 140/93, 129/90
3rd day : 149/91, 138/89, 123/91
4th day : 158/102, 141/96, 133/89
5 th day : 160/98, 148/93, 135/88
6 th day : 155/99, 140/91, 143/98
7 th day : 148/94, 139/97, 128/89
Now my question is do I have high blood pressure

Your BP reading is constantly high. Do you experience any other symptoms with this? I would advise to get a blood test for sugar done as well. Fasting and postprandial. You need to start anti hypertensive medication.
