Firmy urine in early morning

I am notice when I wake up in morning after passing urine in standing position splash water I see this much while firmy urine , some time if I pass urine in sitting position I am not seeing it , I did test before my urine protine:creatine ratio is normal, value 16 out of 20 , if I was in hog weather place I am not getting more only in normal temperature like chennai I am notice more , I use to check urine culture before but not infection found , scan both kub and testis also did its normal. Only urine is coming like this no fever or no infection in penis , so if I have stone will I get like this ? or diebetic will I get like this, my muscle mass also reduced.. in a year 4 kg reduced. Getting join and muscle related issue , Rheumatology related no issue.
