  4. Fingernail cuts on my face. Be helpful.

Fingernail cuts on my face
Sir,yesterday night i had a fight and got fingernail cuts on my face.I cleaned the wound thoroughly with water and applied vaseline.From today morning i am applying ice and vaseline.I would like to seek for an advice to heal my wounds without leaving scars on my face as soon as possible.Any medications would be helpful.
