I had some red finger like projections and it is very itchy.and also i noticed warts like in the. Middle of both sides of my vulva .please help me.

Avoid sexual contact till you are treated. Get a dermatologist opinion to confirm the condition and start topical treatment or cryotherapy. I would advise HPV vaccine- Gardasil
