hello , dont worry , it can be treated with ayurvedic treatment . jalauka raktamokshan (leech therapy) is fast effective in such cases. kindly visit nearby ayurvedic clinic for leech therapy . or consult me for further guidance.
It is an abscess which is to treated properly else there might be a recurrence
If the symptoms are severe you may take an antibiotic dose with direct physician

Hi seems you have a abscess of left hand.And material of that abscess (pu)was sent for routine examination ,which shows polymorphs and macrophages (indicates infection but does not indicate tuberculosis).Acid fast bacilli(t.b bacteria is not found in the sample).You have been advised to undergo Tb-pcr (to detect t.b bacteria in blood)and lab wil send culture of the same sample(which typically takes 5-8 days ).Alao would like to ask do you have any other symptoms like cough ,weight loss ,is there any other swelling in your body.Dont get stressed out as nothing is detected as of now.Please contact through practo for further guidance
