Finding difficulty in passing stool

Asked for Male, 5 Years

Hello Doctor, my 5 and half years old son experiencing pain while passing motion since last 4 days. Because of the pain he is holding back and not ready to pass the stool. Because of this he is complaining stomach pain. Even though kid is experiencing pain but passing the stool some how after waiting for a long time. Could you please help in identifying the root cause and the solution.

if there is a recent change in his diet which is less in fiber content that could be the reason. not you try applying a glycerin suppository once and start a oral laxative duphalac 10 ml 3times in a day for 5 days....
