Hey...I got 4 fillings done 4 days back..it was composite fillings..the procedure was painful..but after that also there is severe pain right there..and I can see spots on the fillings..what to do?

If pain is bearable watch for 15days, It takes one to two months to form. Secondary dentine which forms insulation for the hot cold pain and reversible pulpitis
