Fibromyalgia aka chronic fatigue syndrome is a difficult entity to treat because multiple factors contribute to the pain. The main reason is lack of proper sleep. Hope you are sleeping well. Otherwise that's the first thing you need to correct. Increase your water intake. Yoga will definitely help in reducing the stiffness in the muscles. Physiotherapy targetting the trigger points will give you good relief.

Fibromyalgia has nothing to do with diet or weight..you can have what you want no restrictions at all unless you have a uric acid problem. Coming to fibromyalgia as such pain is due to muscle weakness..so it's important to increase your activity in a graded manner so that the muscle strengthens.. It's also.important to increase your hydration and keep a check on your vitamin d levels.. For the pain as such paracetamol can be taken or hifenac can be taken.
