Fibroids in posterior wall with 54×42 mm and another hypoechoic lesion 27×22mm in uterus but light spotting day by day of nearly my period but proper flow was not coming in my investigations reports all r normal

R u keen to keep pregnancy? If menstrual irregularity with fibroid are depends on positions of fibroid? Better to consult a gynac near by as internal examination is necessary to have evaluation
