Reposting as I wasn't able to post the complete question in the last post.
I recently got a whole abdomen ultrasound done and would like to know if having the mentioned diagnosis is curable and can cause infertility?
My major symptom is that i am having continuous pain in my lower abdomen, especially right side of the lower abdomen, and I suffer from extreme pain during my menstrual cycle.
Also, I am unable to hold urine and stool for long due to this pain( I don't know if it is related to the diagnosis)
Is it treatable without any surgery?
Is it benign?
Will I be able to conceive ?

Endometriosis is never fully cured
It may block the tubes
You can get a test called HSG to find out about tubal patency
At this size you do not require surgery
Yes it is benign
Yes the chronic pain is because of endometriosis
