Fibroid in ovary
My friend is 3 months pregnant. Now she has intramural fibroid of size 26*29 mm on left lateral wall. Already she had surgery to remove gist of size around 3cm. Will the fibroid affects the child? We are very much worried? Does she has to take any medications?

Fibroid grows in size with pregnancy. It can lead to abortion or preterm labour. Medicines are given to prevent these complications. But risk cannot be eliminated completely. She can continue the pregnancy. Fibroid can be removed later
