Fibroadenoma - Breast
I have been having pain in both the breasts frequently. When I consulted the doctor, they informed that it was a simple cyst in one breast and fibroadenoma in the other and both of them were smaller in size (in mm), due to which I have been experiencing the pain. They also informed that no surgery is required as it is tiny and prescribed mecgla and vitamin E capsules for a month. I would like to know if the cyst and condition fibroadenoma would recover on its own by maintaining proper lifestyle and taken these medicines? Is it treatable/ curable? Also is it good to mecgla?

Please get a sonomammography done to find the exact size and nature of the lesion.  Then it will be easy to find out if it is growing or not. Vit E is for symptomatic relief.  It can't affect the nature of the lesion.
