Hi, yes heart rate is on lower side. So, considering your previous history and current pregnancy you are given Injection Rogon to continue with the pregnancy.
Rogon injection is given to support pregnancy. As there is history of miscarriage, you should start with progesterone supplements, and ecosprin. Also if possible share the report of your scan.
