FHR is not recordable in seventh week
FHR is not recordable in seventh week of pregnancy in abdominal scan, is this mandatory to go for Transvaginal scan?

No it is not mandatory to go for TVS.  Consult the gynaecologist to be sure there are no signs and symptoms of impending abortion. If nothing to worry then repeat abdominal scan around 10weeks.

No Transvaginal scan is not necessary, if there is no signs of abortion, repeat USG after 4 wks.
