FG  and PP within range but hba1c 6.1
My fasting glucose is 83 and PP is 87, but I got hba1c as 6.1, what should I infer from this result, should I consider as pre-diabetic? What will be the course of action?

Hello, you are having prediabetes. Although it is not reflected in your current FBS PPBS levels. They might be elevated at some other point of time in the day. I would advice you to follow a 1600kcal diet with physical activity for 60 minutes. With a weight loss of 5-10kg there might be a possibility of reversal to non diabetic range.
Next Steps
Monitor FBS PPBS monthly.
