My daughter has been suffering from fever last night. She has been using Ibugesic plus, Gudcef but she is not recovering. Please advise should I give her Pacimol? If yes please provide the dose like 5ml will be enough?

You should try meftal p syrup instead. 3.5 ml thrice daily
