You could be having warts, skin tags or some other problem. Please attach a clear photograph so I can suggest what is the best treatment option for you. In most cases they have to be removed using a Laser/electric current/radio frequency devices. They will not respond to creams. If they are skin tags they could be associated with underlying metabolic problems like insulin resistance. If they are warts they can spread to other or on other parts of your body. Warm regards.
