Doctor my daughter 12 years is felt with severe abdominal pain last year in Jan 25 then one gynae doctor gave IV injection of antibiotics and relief but this march 26 again same condition persist with USG reveals few Enlarge mesenteric lymph node of largest size appx 17.8×6.8 mm likely Mesenteric Lymphadenitis.Other Organs report normal.Her periods also started for last 2 years which is early as per doctor,she is 31 kg which indicates low weight.Now doctor is advising will do 9 months TB course for this.Kindly advice which treatment is best for my daughter either go for Homeopathy for long run drug course else any other treatment to treat Mesenteric Lymph Nodes.
