Mesenteric nodes

"GIT:
Small cluster of mild enlarged few mesenteric nodes in right lumbar region.
- Largest measuring 14 mm."
Due to heavy vommiting and energy loss, I was asked to go for CT
All sections are normal except this line in GIT
For 1 week i had that antacid gel post meals
Then I am now taking easily digestible foods, fruits and juices no spicy no milk
Apart from this i am not taking any treatment for this. Is this something to worry? Do i need to consult and take any medications specifically to cure this? Or i can heal this by proper food at home...
