Feverish in evening for the past 3 days

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am having mild to moderate fever for the past 3 days in the evening starting around 5-6 pm. Also I hv some pain near the wisdom teeth on the left side. Sometimes I hv slight leg pain below the knees also during the fever. I had taken PARACIP 500 last evening n the fever went off. But again today evening I'm feeling Feverish. Pls let me know what could be the reason for this. Also I hv never got any symptoms like this before.
