Hello sir, I am always feeling feverish & laziness. about my diet, it is good. i am doing every thing as normal but feeling. last 4-5 month, very bad feel smell after urine. please advise what should I do.

We will need an assessment of your problems with a thorough examination and tests accordingly done. Fever can be a symptoms of urinary infection. Of laziness I cannot moment upon right now.
