Fever without any other symptoms
My child has developed fever 100 to 101 without cold, cough or upset stomach.. I myself having cold and cough without fever from past 3 days.. Pls advise medicine and if these are symptoms of covid.. We have not stepped out of the house from past 1 week.

In current scenario fever is and should be taken as a symptom for covid unless proven otherwise.
Anywys it could also be another viral fever as you had it first and the baby got it later.
Isolate urself with the child from others in the house.
For the child give symptomatic management
For fever Give Syp.Crocin or Calpol as per their weight. You can give 4 to 6 hourly if there is fever.
Get both of yourself tested if needed

Hi.
Give paracetamol 6 hrly for fever. Give a healthy diet and drink plenty of fluids/ water
If fever doesn’t settle in 2 days get a covid test.
