If you are not having fever (temperature above 99°F) , then stop paracetamol. Start taking some supplementary multivitamin like a capsule B complex once daily. Drink plenty of water and exercise a little. Take normal healthy fiet and don't skip meals. After every meal, walk for 10 mins. You should be fine in a couple of days. This looks like a viral illness and will settle with proper diet and supplements.
